Prospective clients are asked to refer to the query guidelines before contacting the agency. Queries will be accepted during the months of January 2013 and July 2013.
Only queries received during the January 2013 and July 2013 biannual submission periods will be considered. Unfortunately, correspondence from prospective clients who do not already have the agent's attention will be discarded unanswered if received during any months other than January 2013 and July 2013.
